REFUND FOR DONATION
Political Contribution Refund Program (PCR) - Info
This program provides you with a refund for contributions to MN House Candidates. The refund is up to a maximum of $50 per person (or $100 per couple) in each election cycle.
The contribution must be made between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. A maximum of $50 per individual ($100 per couple) will be refunded.
When you make the contribution, our campaign will provide you a special PCR Receipt (Form EP-3, Minnesota Political contributions Receipt). Attach the receipt to a form you send to the State (MN Revenue Department) and they will process and send the refund to you.
You can read more information about the program at the MN Revenue website. The refund claim form can be completed online here or just download and print the form completing it in writing.
Each contribution refund claim is independent of Minnesota Tax filings.
